    A bad lifestyle definitely shows in your skin. I stopped wearing make up day to day at the start of the year and my skin has never looked better so I definitely agree with that tip. Having a really good skincare routine that works for you would be my top tip.

  • Oh I totally agree with these tips. I’m also a fan of basic or minimal makeup. If I can get away with it, I try to wear less foundation also.
