The pineapple explosion has been quite massive as of late. From pineapple home decor, to pineapple prints being used in fashion, pineapples have really made quite a statemement. When I was asked if I wanted to test out the new Pineapple Peel Off Facemask* from 7th Heaven, I was eager and willing. If the name 7th Heaven hasn’t rung a bell just yet, I’m sure the words Montagne Jeunesse will. Not only has Montagne Jeunesse recently rebranded as 7th Heaven, they have also launched a new range of products, including the Pineapple Peel Off Facemask.
I was glad to get my hands on the new Pineapple Peel Off Facemask which is designed to help treat blemishes and reduce the visible signs of ageing. The natural fruit extracts in pineapple, along with the added fruit enzymes will help any type of skin (dry/normal/oily) by acting as a gentle exfoliator and peeling away dead cells. As someone with quite extreme combination skin, and an appalingly oily t-zone, I was quite eager to test out it’s claims of smoother, and more radiant skin in a matter of moments.
As a newbie to peel off facemasks I wasn’t sure how much product to apply, but quickly realised that I could generously get 2, maybe even 3 uses out of each packet. I tend to have little travel containers or upcycled mini containers from old beauty products lying around as they come in handy. In this case I took a small container, and saved the product that was still unused. As the facemaks only cost £1 being able to get more than 1 use of it is great value!
My favourite part of this Facemask is the peel off aspect. It’s so simple to apply, and I love keeping it on while I watch TV or catch up on my Netflix programmes, and by programmes I mean Orange is the New Black, of course. Used as part of your weekly skincare routine, this facemask will help give you a smoother complexion, and healthy looking skin. In my case I can still see a quite noticeable difference in texture for a good 48 hours after.
