If you are thinking of visiting the beautiful country of Malaysia, then there are some things that you just can’t miss. Check out my guide below to make sure you get the best break possible.
Kuala Lumpur
Malacca
Another place that needs to be on your visit list is Malacca. Check out the Malacca Straits Mosque. A gorgeous, white imposing stature, with a beautiful stained glass arc set in the front. Remember that it is important to conduct yourself in a respectful manner so women should cover the arms and head when entering.
Batu Caves
Pulau Dayang Beach
If all that exploring is tiring you out, why not head to the beach for a while to relax. There is lots of sandy coastline in Malaysia to choose from. One of the most beautiful places is the Pulau Dayang Beach. Crystal blue waters white sands and palm trees await you here. Perfect for a relaxing few days after the hectic pace of Kuala Lumpur.
Penang
If you’d like to experience a city other than the famous Kuala Lumpur, why not take a trip to Penang? With a growing arts scene, museums and temples to visit it is a much overlooked but impressive addition to any Malaysian tour.
Sky Bridge
The great thing about visiting Malaysia is that not only is it a mix of cultures and religions but also of different and stunning landscapes. One of the most impressive ways to experience some of these landscapes is by taking a walk over the Sky Bridge in Langkawi Island. 700 ft above sea level, you get to walk above the tree canopy and look down at the landscape and forests below. I just hope you have a head for heights!
